Under Forensic Services we offer two main categories which are Electrical and Moisture.  Additional information about these categories can be found by click on the links to the left.

The Electrical Forensic services page includes in formation on:  Fire Investigations, Electrical Equipment Failures, Personal Injury, Lightning Damage, High Voltage Damage, Lighting Adequacy, Life Safety Application and testing of electrical equipment.

The moisture investigation services include cause and origin of leaks, equipment failure testing, cause of mold growth, and property damage.

While it is common that these services are provided to insurance claim adjusters, we have also helped homeowners, landlords, renters, businesses, industrial facilities and contractors.  We have provided forensic services in a preventative structure to determine hazards or potential problems before they arise and to help document certain conditions especially for contractors to verify they have provided a safe structure to their client.
