Basic consulting to determine if a project is financially feasible, can save enough money to make it work the construction cost, and if there are savings available through better designs or products.

Design Engineering where the ideas take shape and where the most coordination is needed with other disciplines and architects, though many projects only involve our work.  We have performed design engineering on residential, commercial, institutional, manufacturing, petroleum and military sites.  The projects range from simple design for construction to design build contracts.

Project Monitoring and Management where we help keep projects within the scope of the contract and solve common problems encountered during construction.  This typically involves being on call with structured site visits, though occasionally we have provided a full time on site presence.

Project Commissioning and Testing where we conduct inspections on buildings in their final stage of completion to verify they have been constructed within the scope of work, drawings, specifications and building codes. 

Environmental Testing on a building in the process of being turned over after construction.  We conduct moisture, mold, volatile organic compound, airborne debris and other testing based on the materials installed or used in the building.  This is done with LEED's Green Building Initiatives or more commonly as a preventive inspection to make sure the building is ready for occupancy.  With increase litigation on new buildings we have found this testing has increased in the last couple of years.
